Delcorf

Description: This apple is crispy with yellow flesh. This variety has a juicy acidity that and sweetness to it, which is great for a summer apple.
Uses: Great for eating and cooking
Available: *End of August to mid-September

Elstar

Description: Intense "honey" sweet taste, balanced by nice acidity. Relatively crisp and very juicy flesh.
Uses: Eating and sauce
Available: *Mid-September

Ginger Gold

Description: This apple is firm, sweet and sharp at the same time. For an early apple, it will stay good for several weeks in the fridge.

HoneyCrisp

Description: This apple will keep the longest. It is a very hard and crispy apple, and the taste is amazing. Sweet and juicy and all you are looking for in an apple.

Description: Similar to the Ginger Gold, it has white to yellow flesh. It has a sweet and crunchy taste.
